Hi Everyone

The date for the banquet is April 10th, 2011 from 5pm to 9pm. This is a Sunday. The attire will be semi formal. The cost for the tickets will be $20.00 for 4-17 and $25.00 for 18 and up. Please have the money turned into the Booster members by April 2nd. We will need as much participation as possible the morning of the banquet. We will need parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles ect. to help set up and decorate. As well as some to stay later to clean up. Please email or call to let us know if you can help. There are 17 girls and we hope for 17 helpers. We know the girls will be busy getting ready that day.

Thank you to all the parents who have already signed up to help with items for the Spirit Bags. If your daughter is competing and you have not signed up or donated money yet please be sure to contact a board member.

We have booked a turn around trip for April 2nd. The price is $40.00 a ticket and this includes a free buffet at any three of the casinos. This will be a blast! The bus will pick up in front of the High school at 7am. We will have a brief stop in Barstow at the old station. We will not return to the High school until 12am. Be sure to bring cash for the bus ride. We have some fun games to play on the ride there. We will be raffling off great prizes. Please join us in the fun. I will be collecting money now and I will need full payment by March 25th. I can not include the girls on any aspect of this trip so I will be coming once a week to after school competition practice and collecting money and names.
